If you are the
owner of a holiday home, villa, apartment, bed &
breakfast or other holiday accommodation and you wish to
advertise them on our site, please fill in the
subscription form LINK and send by mail 5 digital photos
of the property.
Upon receipt of the subscription form, of the photos and
of the payment of the annual fee, we will elaborate your
webpage and translate your advertisement in French,
Italian and Dutch prior to publication online for a 12
month period.
Subscription fee
The publication of the advertisement has an annual cost
of 36 €.
Each advertisement shall concern only one of your
properties. If you are the owner of multiple properties
and you wish to advertise them all, a discount will be
granted.
The annual subscription fee includes:
- the 12 month publication of the advertisement of only
one property
- the translation of the advertisement in French, Italian
and Dutch
- the text adjustment and update at any time during the
12 month period
Payment Please, make the payment by bank transfer. The bank
coordinates are mentioned on the inscription page.
Expiry A month before the expiry date of the publication you
will receive a renewal or removal request.
If you wish to remove the advertisement, it will be
stored in memory for 6 months and cancelled definitively
afterwards.
Cancellation of the advertisement If you which to cancel the advertisement prior to
expiry, you are kindly requested to send a written notice
by e-mail indicating the code number of your property.
The advertisement will be kept in memory for 6 months for
a possible republication and will be cancelled
definitively afterwards.
The cancellation of the advertisement, at any time during
the 12 month publication, will not result in a partial or
total refund of the subscription fee.
We reserve the right to immediately remove an
advertisement following complaints or negative comments
from occupants.
Content of advertisement The advertisement consists in a description of the
property up to 200 words and a questionnaire summarizing
the main characteristics of you property and its location.
The text shall match as much as possible the real state
and features of your property in order to avoid
discontent and misunderstanding.
Modification of the advertisement You can update the advertisement and replace the
photos at any time during the 12 month publication, free
of costs.
We will carry out the modifications within 48 hours.
Please, send your modification request by e-mail
indicating the code number of your advertisement.
The modifications shall concern the same property.
Photos You can send up to 5 digital photos of good graphic
quality, representing the property described in the
advertisement.
We will publish the photos just as we receive them. Bad
quality photos will not be adjusted.
Listing of the advertisements The properties are listed in order of nation and
location name.
Direct contact between owner and holidaymaker The holidaymaker who is interested in letting your
property will contact you directly upon request of your
contact details we keep in our database .
State of the holiday property Your property should be of a suitable standard and
properly cleaned prior to each holiday letting.
We reserve the right to immediately remove an
advertisement following complaints or negative comments
from occupants, without partial or total refund of the
subscription fee.
Small tips Write an attractive and intriguing text so as to draw
the attention of the holidaymaker to your property.
Supply the holidaymaker with any information and
sympathetic suggestions which will make his stay pleasant
and delightful.
Clear up from the start possible circumstances you wish
the holidaymaker to respect in order to avoid
misunderstanding or incomprehension.
We deny any responsibility in case of non-respect of the
fundamental principles of good taste by both parties.
