The Chabrel estate is situated in
an imposing natural an enchanting
area , extending to more than 65
hectares. Here you can take
advantage of real mountain air (truly
pure, and far from all exhaust
pollution), natural mineral water
from our mountain spring, non
polluted earth as well as calm,
all surrounded by a mountain side
(upto 1200 meters), the houses
being at an altitude of 860
meters.
The estate consists of woodland (as
far as the summit of the Chabre
mountain facing south), moorsland
covered with wild conifers,
lavender and lime trees. Nature
is abundant and you will find,
furthermore, walnut and fruit
trees of many varieties. There is
a wealth of wild plants such as
juniper, thyme, rosemary and
others of medicinal value. In
season, you will also find wild
mushrooms.
Limitless walks, the
immediate area provides
marvellous excursions by bicycle,
motor bike or car
Air sports, the pleasures of
water or rock-climbing are all
possible within a radius of 20 Km.
Orpierre is well-known for its
rock-climbing but also possesses
many mountain bike (VTT) circuits.

provided, let you admire the rock-climbers
“in action” without
having to do it yourself !
